Outdoor Open Space £80 per sqm ex VAT
Marina Berth (overall length X beam) £175 per sqm ex VAT
VIP Floating Islands (minimum of 115sqm) £260 per sqm ex VAT

Payment schedule

10% deposit with application form
40% received by November 2010
50% received by February 2011

VIP Islands - how do they work?

Our VIP islands are constructed from the LinkFloteTM system. Sizes start at approx 115 SQM (15.8m X 7.2m) and come complete with timber decking and handrail. Each island can only be accessed by private water taxi arriving to a permanently anchored location. Additional design and construction costs to create your theme will be at your expense. If required we have a number of designers and preferred contractors who can help you create your dream island.
